Best Practices: Alcohol Law Enforcement
The NLLEA, in partnership with the Mississippi Alcoholic Beverage Control, Bureau of Enforcement, are pleased to announce the 2019 conference will be held in Biloxi, Mississippi from Monday, November 4-Wednesday, November 6, 2019. The Conference agenda will be filled with informative workshops on best practices in alcohol law enforcement to include: direct shipping, trade practices, human trafficking enforcement, and technology, to name a few.
Source Investigations are conducted by law enforcement agencies to reduce alcohol-impaired driving crashes that may result in injuries and/or deaths.
During impaired driving crackdown periods, law enforcement traditionally utilize enforcement strategies that focus directly on impaired drivers who are already on the road.
The National Liquor Law Enforcement Association (NLLEA) is a non-profit association of law enforcement personnel dedicated to the enforcement of liquor laws and regulations.
