Agency Membership is open to State, Provincial, Native American, County, Municipal, or Territory Liquor Law Enforcement and Regulatory Agencies in the United States and Canada. Agency members may hold office, vote (one vote per agency), chair committees, and are entitled to all other privileges of membership as provided by the Constitution and By-laws. As approved by the NLLEA Executive Committee and voting members, an agency may list as many individuals as representatives of their agency as they choose with the following membership fee structure:

Individual members are all law enforcement and regulatory personnel who enforce or regulate liquor laws. Individual members shall have all the privileges of Agency Membership except those of holding office, chairing committees, and voting. The annual membership fee for individual members is $50.
Associate members are all other persons that have been recommended and accepted by the NLLEA. The NLLEA shall use appropriate discretion in the selection of Associate Members. Associate members shall have all the privileges of Agency Membership except those of holding office, chairing committees, and voting. The annual membership fee for associate members is $500.
